• A global change project as the Country Transition Lead for South Africa, working in Hungary and Spain
• A transformation project at a listed IT company, as part of an international and local team of consultants in South Africa
• A leadership development programme in Egypt for senior managers of a multi-national pharmaceutical company from the Middle East and North Africa
• A leadership capability benchmarking exercise across the Middle East with one-on-one coaching for career development designed to build succession for executive level roles in the region. This was executed for a multi-national company in the pharmaceutical industry for Sudan, French West Africa, Iran, Iraq, Libya and Yemen
• Invited to present on leadership and current best practice at the Department of Justice Western Cape's annual conference for 2 consecutive years
• Conceptualised and led leadership development interventions in more than 14 countries across Africa and the Middle East, as well as in Europe and the United Kingdom
• Coached on executive and senior leadership development programmes for large South African and international companies with the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in South Africa and London Business School (LBS)
• Created and facilitated performance management and career development workshops for senior and middle managers in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Johannesburg (for the SADC region)
• Coached senior managers and specialists at a large, global manufacturing company
• Coached high-potential managers for senior leadership and executive succession in Mauritius
